From the moment he arrived, he took the time to truly listen to my concerns and understand what I was experiencing with my HVAC system. That alone already set him apart. Jason was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and patient. He didn’t rush the process — instead, he carefully diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt confident about what was happening. He not only fixed the problem but also took the extra step to properly calibrate the system so it works the way it’s supposed to. What I appreciated the most was his attitude. He genuinely cared about helping, and you can tell he takes pride in doing things the right way. It’s rare to find technicians who combine technical skill with that level of customer service. He was extremely patient, took the time to explain everything in detail, and made sure we fully understood what was going on with our system. His knowledge and expertise really stood out—he was thorough, professional, and very honest throughout the entire process. It’s not easy to find someone who is both skilled and genuinely cares about their customers, but Victor definitely delivers on both. I highly recommend him to anyone needing AC service. In full disclosure it did turn out that we did in fact have a small leak and the coil line needed replaced. Which was also covered under warranty. This company stands by their work, has pride in their work and works hard to keep you happy and satisfied. They have gone above and beyond anything I’ve expected and we are so grateful.  As a disabled veteran, budgeting can be tough but finding a company with true integrity can be tougher. Truly, thank you. ***** We are extremely pleased with the service we received. Most especially by Jennifer and Leo. We have a service maintenance with another company that we didn’t feel confident in their assessment. Our unit was working fine but they claimed it had several leaks and needed Freon to the tune of $2074. Lo and behold after they left, the unit completely stopped working and temps were rising. We decided to call in Bruce Mechanical because they were recommended by my daughter and she was pleased with all their services. Jennifer took our call after hours and promptly made us feel like a valued customer. Leo arrived shortly after and did a thorough comprehensive evaluation. No leaks were detected. Although the culprit was a defective defrost board. Jennifer helped us with the warranty for the part and the part was acquired. The after hours bill was reasonable and labor for warrantied part was also reasonable. All at a fraction of my original erroneous quote from the other guy. Both Jennifer and Leo were super conscientious to not bad mouth or disparage the other company even though I was clearly frustrated. They showed true professionalism and we are greatly appreciative. I have already signed up with their maintenance plan and will break up with my other company. In a perfect world, I should send them the bill.

Our builder sent Bruce Mech to check some issues we were having with uneven room temps and humidity issues as part of our one-year warranty inspection.  The tech, Jason, was wonderful.  He spent time answering all our questions, he explained what he was doing and why, and he corrected every issue. We will definitely be using them for our future hvac needs.

He noticed our damper doors were shut on many of our vents on our new home and went around opening them all up for us on his own will and that wasnt even apart of why he was there.
